Where will I be doing my exercises?
Coach X provides in-person training at a private gym in Richmond, VA by appointment only. Digital training is also available via our HybriX™ Digital Coaching Program.
Do I need in-person and digital coaching?
It is highly recommended that you sign up for HybriX™ in-person and digital coaching to help you stay motivated to reach your goals and to maximize your investment in your wellness.
What hours can I train in-person?
Coach X provides in-person training 7 days a week. Appointments are available early mornings to late evenings as to accommodate most clients.
Can I train with others?
Coach X does not provide group coaching. However, if you wish to workout with a friend or family member, please feel free to discuss available options.
How often should I train?
The frequency of your training depends on your goals, current level of fitness and any recommendations by your health care provider.
How soon will I see results?
You will feel the results of your HybriX™ Fitness Coaching almost immediately. The physical transformation varies, based on the quality of your nutrition and exercise regime.
